Settings Module

The Settings Module centralizes configuration options, providing tools to manage system settings, warehouses, and opening balances efficiently.

1. Settings

Configure system-wide settings to tailor the platform to your organization’s needs.

Update System Settings

  1. Navigate to the Settings section.
  2. Select the category of settings to update (e.g., General, Notifications, etc.).
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Click Save to apply the updates.

Manage Notification Settings

  1. Go to the Notification Settings section under Settings.
  2. Toggle on/off specific notifications or customize their triggers.
  3. Save the changes.

Configure Tax Settings

  1. Navigate to the Tax Settings section.
  2. Add or update tax rates and rules.
  3. Save the changes.

2. Warehouses

Manage and organize warehouses to track inventory locations effectively.

Add a Warehouse

  1. Navigate to the Warehouses section.
  2. Click on Add Warehouse.
  3. Fill in the warehouse details such as name, location, and contact information.
  4. Save the warehouse.

Edit a Warehouse

  1. Navigate to the Warehouses section.
  2. Select the warehouse and click Edit.
  3. Update the necessary details and save.

View Warehouse Details

  1. Navigate to the Warehouses section.
  2. Click on a warehouse to view its details.

Delete a Warehouse

  1. Locate the warehouse in the Warehouses section.
  2. Click the Delete button and confirm.

3. Opening Balance

Set up initial balances for accounts and inventory to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Add Opening Balance

  1. Navigate to the Opening Balance section.
  2. Select the account or inventory item to set the opening balance for.
  3. Enter the initial amount and date.
  4. Click Save to record the opening balance.

Edit Opening Balance

  1. Go to the Opening Balance section.
  2. Locate the entry to edit and click Edit.
  3. Update the amount or date as needed.
  4. Save the changes.

These modules are designed to provide flexibility and control, ensuring secure user access, efficient configuration, and seamless management of operational data.
